Worthy Secretary Agriculture, Punjab Nadir Chatha chaired a meeting at Ayub Agricultural Research Institute, Faisalabad on 20-10-2023. Dr Muhammad Akhter, Chief Scientist/ Director General, Agri. (Research) and other Heads of the different Institutes briefed about the research activities and agricultural projects. Secretary Agriculture said that agricultural scientists focus on development of new crop varieties and urged the agricultural scientists to complete the set goals of the agricultural research projects soon and use all the resources to benefit the farmers. He promised to provide the fund for the old buildings renovation for smooth working. He visited all the Institutional stalls installed at AARI Exhibition Hall and also visited the research area of Oilseeds and Wheat research institutes and checks the experiments and appreciated the scientists efforts.
