Objectives
- To develop an acceptable, stable pulp/juice from selected fruits and vegetables
- To assess the keeping quality juice/pulp over a period of time under ambient conditions through evaluation by physico-chemical and organoleptic characteristics.
- To demonstrate and promote the commercialization of selected fruits and vegetables value added products through technology dissemination programmes to progressive growers of tomato, carrot, strawberry and guava.
