Director Citrus Research Institute Sargodha, Muhammad Nawaz Khan has done MPhil in Horticulture from University of Agriculture Faisalabad in 1988. Later on, he joined Agriculture Department Punjab (Research wing) as Assistant Research Officer in 1991. He worked as Assistant Research Officer for 17 years on different aspects of production technology of temperate fruits and citrus at Horticulture Research Station Nowshera and Citrus Research Station, respectively. He was promoted as Assistant Horticulturist in 2008 and posted at CRI, Sargodha. Thereafter he was selected as Horticulturist during the year 2011 and posted at Horticultural Research Station, Nowshera. He was transferred to Citrus Research Station, Sargodha during the same year and worked as DDO over here. Currently, he is working as Director Citrus Research Institute, Sargodha since January, 2017 to date.
