BARI has installed a state of the art olive oil extraction unit. Farmers can bring their olive fruit for extraction.
How to avail the service?
Farmers can avail the olive oil extraction facility @ Rs. 100/- per litre of extracted oil. They are advised to get time slot during extraction season (October-December) by calling the focal person before harvesting of their fruit. This will help them to have the best olive oil quality.
