- Establishment of Multi-crop Research Institute for Dry land Agriculture in Dera Ghazi Khan
- Introduction of Satellite Center of BARI, Chakwal at D.G. Khan
- Introduction/ adaptability of new minor crops (Quinoa & Camelina etc)
- Introduction/ adaptability of new fruits (Pistachio, berries, figs, avocado, nectarine, grapes, chicku, passion and olives etc)
- Construction of new pond for Rain water harvesting
- Use of soil conditioners/ hydrogel for moisture conservation ( olive, vegetables, crops)
- Introduction of Vermicomposting and vermiculture technology
- Communities based trainings (increased number)
- Production and multiplication of black berry
- Production of good quality Pre-basic and basic seed of groundnut
- Production and commercialization of enriched vermicompost.
